1:ORDERS

 

After you have had a look through our website please complete the details on the contact us page or send us an email with your order.

If you need more inspiration you can find us on Facebook & Instagram also! 

 

What you will need to provide us to place your order -

  • Name & all contact details (delivery address ect)

  • What size & colour frame you'd like 

  • What backing design/colour/image you'd like

  • The list of words/ names you would like to include

  • and any other personalised details you can think of!!

 

We will then provide you with 2 proofs free of charge for you to pick which you prefer. 

*Please note any additional proofs required will include an extra fee.

 

2:POSTAGE

 

 

 

We aim to have your order shipped within a 7 day time period - please note your order will not begin to be created until we receive full payment. ---- However extra amendments &/or changes to your proof may cause delays in our recommended time frame. We also remind you to remember to allow time for Australia Post!

If we have any delays in getting your order out by our 7 day time frame we will be sure to let you know.

 

We can also offer you gift shipping! If you are buying the frame as a gift please let us know! We will ensure it is gift wrapped and sent with a beautiful card so as the recipient knows who created such a lovely gift for them!

(Also don't forget to give us their full name & address instead of your own)

 

4:RETURNS/DAMAGES

 

 

 

 

 

We take all precautions with postage to ensure your frame arrives to you the same way it left us - in perfect condition!! Unfortunatelty sometimes there are accidents, If you happen to be the unlucky custmer to experience some damage with your frame please contact us immediately, pop some photos of the damage in an email to us & we will endeavour to recifity the sitatuion straight away.
